What is required for certification?

The traditional certification process for the programs below can take anywhere from 2 months to 2 years – depending on how motivated you are to get through the requirements! The first step for both programs is to attend an in-person training. There are no prerequisites to register for a training!

My How Does CAPPA Certification Work?? blog post lays out all of the steps required to complete a certification with CAPPA, including in-person, online, exams and future recertification.
