Our Herbal Hour classes cover topics from planting an herb garden, to natural approaches to postpartum mood disorders, and everything in between! Our passion at Natural Abundance is equipping women and families to take charge of their own health and to support other women and families in pregnancy and postpartum. These FREE monthly classes are an excellent way to get started in the natural health and pregnancy world, or to add to your toolbox of resources and remedies. All topics include information for safe use during pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding.
