Join us for our favorite class of the year! This month’s herbal hour gives you the opportunity to join our instructors and their plant loving friends on herb walks in different corners of the United States: from the northwest corner to the southwest corner with stops along the way. With a combination of live plant ID and pre-recorded walks by our instructors, you will learn about common wild herbs, edible wild greens, and medicinal plants in your own backyard – all from the comfort of your living room! We will also be reviewing safety and courtesy guidelines for foraging as well as methods of tracking your new-found plant knowledge.
