- Looking for safe options during pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Struggling with a particular ailment and seeking options

- Knowing that you need to make health changes, but not sure where to start!
(For holistic perinatal support that combines herbs, nutrition, stress reduction, and more facets of wellness, consider our Pregnancy and Postpartum Wellness Consultation.)
Once you sign up for your consultation with an herbalist:
- We will contact you by phone or email within 1 business day to schedule your appointment.
- You will receive intake forms via email to fill out and return to us. This gives us a better idea of the type of support you are seeking.
- During your appointment, you will work with us to clarify your goals and will receive support and guidance.
- You will leave our meeting with clear steps to start working toward your goals in an achievable, sustainable way. We are invested in your success!
- Follow-up appointments vary according to each individual client’s needs. For some, one appointment to ask questions and clarify goals is all they need! Some clients desire regular follow-up appointments for further guidance. This is your wellness on your terms!
