For the over-achiever – this detailed version is perfect for a doula who is also a childbirth educator or simply loves to include more education in your prenatal meetings. It includes more discussion topics on postpartum, newborn care, and breastfeeding. It also goes more into depth on they “why’s” behind the comfort measures and pain relief techniques we use. This is the outline I have tweaked and used for over a decade.

Simplified – this scaled down version begins many sections with questions and focuses on needs-based conversation. This frees up more time to spend practicing comfort measures and pain relief techniques!
